In stainless steel.

Fermentation time

16 days in stainless steel at controlled temperature.

Aging

4 months in Slavonian oak barrels, 8 months in the bottle.

Ruby red.

Aroma

Fresh, characteristic, and pleasantly fruity.

Taste

Delicate, harmonious, and persistent.

Pairings

Meat sauces, mushrooms, truffle, veal, chicken, and pork.

Suggestions

If possible, uncork the bottle a few hours before serving at a temperature of 18/20°C. Use tasting glasses.
